Tiny Tots/Itty Bitty - Dancers may wear any appropriate dance wear (leotard, tank top with shorts/leggings, old dance costumes, etc.), pink tights, black tap shoes, pink ballet slippers. 

 

Ballet - Black ballet leotard, clean pink tights with no holes, and pink ballet slippers.  No regular bra (you can wear the Body Wrappers nude bra) and NO UNDERWEAR. Hair pulled back securely in a clean bun with no bangs. Ballet skirts, shirts/sweaters, and pants may be worn for plies and then must be promptly taken off.

Rising Stars/Shooting Stars/Premier -  No baggy or regular clothing will be permitted. Dancers may wear hot shorts, tight capris/jazz pants, with a form fitting tank top or leotard. Dancers will need tan jazz shoes for class and performances.

Hip Hop - Dancers can wear comfortable clothes to move around in with tennis shoes.

 

Pre-Team, Mini, Petite, Junior, Teen, and Senior Team - Dancers may wear hot shorts, tight capris/jazz pants, with a form fitting tank top or leotard, but they must be all black. Dance attire will be for sale with The Dance Company logo, but it is not required that you buy from us. For footwear, they can wear jazz shoes or half soles. Hair pulled back away from the face in a ponytail or bun. Please make sure that their hair is secure-it can be a distraction if they are always trying to put their hair up if it keeps falling out.

Bou Cou in Coeur d' Alene carries all required shoes and tights for TDC dancers. They have a list of specific requirements for each class.

Proper dance attire is required or the dancer will be asked to sit out!
